Monster Attributes

Plague

These monsters will multiply with a change of 6% per hit

They only multiply in dungeon levels 1-7

Flying

These monsters cannot fall in holes, trapdoors and volcanoes

Slow

These monsters will hit and run with half the regular speed (one step for every two steps the player takes)

Magic

These monsters drop a magic scroll or a magic potion on death

Sting

This Special Attack will decrease the targets strength by -1 on hit but only to a minimum of 3

Gems

These monsters will drop a gem on death with a chance of 25%

StealGold

These monsters will steal some of the gold the player is carrying on hit and will disappear afterwards

If the target is carrying more than 33000 gold pieces half of the gold is stolen

Below 33000 gold pieces a random amount up to half of the gold is stolen

This can be completely prevented by carrying a device of no theft

StealObject

These monsters steal a random object from the players inventory on hit and will disappear afterwards

Only non-equipped items can be stolen

This can be completely prevented by carrying a device of no theft

Chance

These monsters will drop a gem on death with a chance of 25%

There is a 20% chance to multiply this effect for additional gems

Ring

These monsters will drop a ring on death

Dull

These monsters will lower the weapon count by dulling the weapon the player is currently wielding on hit

EatArmor

These monsters will lower the armor count of the armor the player has currently equipped on hit

Only armors that can rust are affected

Undead

These monsters are unable to use special attacks and the damage output is divided by 2.3 if the player is holding the cube of undead protection or has an active undead protection buff

LightBite

This Special Attack will do an additional 6-15 damage per normal hit

LightFire

This Special Attack will do an additional 9-23 damage per normal hit

Will not work if the player has an active fire resistance buff

BarbedTail

This Special Attack will do an additional 1-25 damage per normal hit

Regen

These monsters will regenerate 1 Hitpoint per step

Orb

Damage dealt to these monsters is multiplied by 1.9 when carrying the Orb of dragon slaying

Book

These monsters may drop a magic book an death

ColdBreath

This Special Attack will do an additional 19-33 damage per normal hit

Chain

These monsters have a chance of 20% to drop a elven chain an death

Morphing

These monsters may morph into their alternate form if their hitpoints are between 1-25

Staff

These monsters have a 75% chance to fail their Special Attack when their target is carrying the staff of power

DrainLevel

These monsters will steal one experience level from their target on every hit

Stronger monsters will also reduce the targets maximum spells by 1

Especially strong monsters will also reduce the targets maximum spells by 1 and all stats by 1

HardBite

This Special Attack will do an additional 11-25 damage per normal hit

Awake

These monsters dont have to be woken up by the player they are active as soon as they spawn

Cross

These monsters have a 100% chance to fail their Special Attacks when their target is carrying the holy cross

Also damage dealt to them from someone carrying the holy cross is multiplied by 3

Vampire

These monsters morph into bats and have their hitpoints reduced to 25 when walking over a mirror

They also get anesthetized from garlic smell

Spirit

These monsters are unable the use special attacks and the damage output is divided by 2.7 if the player is holding the scarab of negate spirit or has an active spirit protection buff

Disenchant

These monsters will disenchant one random item from the players inventory with each attack causing the item to lose 1 enchantment level

Confusion

These monsters will confuse the player on hit for a duration of 11-20 steps for every hit

Gusher

This Special Attack will do an additional 26-40 damage per normal hit

FireBreath

This Special Attack will do an additional 26-45 damage per normal hit

Will not work on targets with an active fire resistance buff

NoCharm

These monsters are no affected by charm

Drop

These monsters can drop a variety of items

Psionics

This Special Attack will do an additional 32-45 damage per normal hit

Slayer

These monsters attack damage will be reduced when the player in wielding the slayer

The damage will be reduce by up to 25%

Lance

These monsters will get bonus damage when attacked with a Lance of Death

See Invisible

These monsters are able to see even invisible creatures and will not miss them on hit

NoTele

These monsters will not be transported by elevators or teleport traps

CastSpell

These monsters can cast on random special effect
